The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of this website and any content made available by or through this website, including any content derived therefrom (the “Website”). Top Rentals (“Top Rentals” or “we”) has made the Website available to you. We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at any time, without prior notice, solely by posting the changes on the Website. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY APPLY TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. “XMAS SALE” PROMOTION – TOP RENTALS

1. General conditions

1.1. This promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organized by Top Rentals (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), with registered address at Avenida Las Heras 3341, 13th Floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, and is governed by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2. Participation in the Promotion implies having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions adopted by the Organizer during the validity of the Promotion.

2. Validity

2.1. Booking Window:
The Promotion will be valid for reservations made from 00:00 on December 16, 2025 until 23:59 on December 22, 2025, inclusive (hereinafter, the “Validity Period”).

2.2. Travel Window:
The Promotion will apply exclusively to stays on the following dates:

  • December 23, 24 and 25, 2024

  • December 30 and 31, 2024

  • January 1, 2025

3. Eligible participants

3.1. The Promotion is available to individuals or legal entities who, during the Validity Period, make a reservation through Top Rentals’ direct sales channels (official website and proprietary service channels) for apartments located in the following towers:

  • Belgrano

  • Montañeses

  • Hub

  • Palermo Chico

  • Palermo Hollywood

3.2. The Promotion will not be valid for reservations made prior to the start of the Validity Period, nor for modifications of existing reservations.

3.3. The benefits are not cumulative with other promotions, discounts or benefits offered by the Organizer.

3.4. The Promotion may be extended, in whole or in part, to indirect sales channels (OTAs), subject to availability and at the Organizer’s discretion, without implying any obligation.

4. Benefit

4.1. Beneficiaries will receive a ten percent (10% OFF) discount on the base rate in effect at the time of booking.

4.2. The discount applies exclusively to the accommodation rate and does not include additional services such as parking, breakfast, extra cleanings, late check-out, or any other additional service offered by the Organizer.

4.3. The benefit will be applied only once per reservation and will not be valid for stay extensions or future reservations, even if made within the Validity Period.

5. General rules

5.1. The Promotion is subject to unit availability at the time of booking.

5.2. The Promotion is non-transferable and applies only under the pricing conditions defined by the Organizer for this action.

5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, without giving rise to any claim.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The personal data provided by beneficiaries will be incorporated into the Organizer’s database in accordance with Law No. 25.326, for commercial, promotional and operational purposes.

6.2. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, update or deletion in accordance with applicable regulations, by written communication addressed to the Organizer’s registered address.

6.3. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the enforcement authority of Law No. 25.326 and is empowered to receive complaints and claims related to the processing of personal data.

“VERANO10” PROMOTION – TOP RENTALS

1. General conditions

1.1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by Top Rentals (the “Organizer”), with registered address at Avenida Las Heras 3341, 13th Floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, and is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the decisions adopted by the Organizer during the Promotion.

2. Validity

2.1. Booking Window (BW):
Valid for reservations made from 00:00 on December 14, 2024 until 23:59 on January 15, 2025, inclusive (the “Validity Period”).

2.2. Travel Window (TW):
Valid exclusively for stays between January 1, 2025 and January 31, 2025, inclusive.

3. Eligible participants

3.1. Available to individuals or legal entities who make a reservation through Top Rentals’ direct sales channels (official website, WhatsApp and other authorized proprietary channels).

3.2. Valid only for reservations at selected Top Rentals towers with pool and amenities, which will be communicated by the Organizer through official channels.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to block, suspend or limit the Promotion in one or more towers when a certain occupancy level is reached, as internally defined, without entitlement to any claim.

3.4. Not valid for reservations made prior to the Validity Period, nor for modifications or extensions of existing reservations.

3.5. Benefits are not cumulative with other promotions or discounts.

4. Benefit

4.1. A ten percent (10% OFF) discount on the base rate at the time of booking, using the promotional code “VERANO10”.

4.2. Applies exclusively to accommodation and excludes additional services such as parking, breakfast, extra cleanings, late check-out or other optional services.

4.3. Valid once per reservation only and not applicable to future reservations or stay extensions.

5. General rules

5.1. Subject to availability at the time of booking.

5.2. Non-transferable and valid only under the conditions defined by the Organizer.

5.3. The Organizer may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time without compensation.

3. Eligible participants

3.1. Available to individuals or legal entities who stayed at Top Rentals – Torre Huergo and leave a comment or review on the OTA used for booking.

3.2. Subject to validation by the Organizer.

3.3. Not retroactive.

4. Properties and categories

4.1. Valid for all Top Rentals properties.

4.2. Applies to all unit categories.

5. Benefit

5.1. Ten percent (10% OFF) discount using code “GRACIAS10”.

5.2. Accommodation only; excludes additional services.

5.3. One-time use per beneficiary and reservation.

5.4. Not applicable to modifications or existing reservations.

6. General rules

6.1. Subject to availability.

6.3. Organizer may modify or cancel without notice.
